Work Style Assessment
Participants go through an assessment and debrief session to understand how their work and communication style impacts their ability to drive change in the organization.
Case Study
With guidance from expert faculty, participants analyze a leadership case study. Through Socratic discussion format, they will unpack learnings from the story and connect them to their own experiences in working collaboratively across functions.
Management Challenge
Capstone Simulation in which participants practice their management skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Participants put their coaching and communication skills to the test as they manage the motivations, engagement, and performance of a virtual team.
