The 12-Week MBA goes deep where it counts
In The 12-Week MBA you can learn the essence of management in less time and at a lower cost than in a traditional two-year MBA program.
Creating economic value through managerial decisions
Measuring value creation using financial analysis
Communicating in the language of finance
Cultivating individual talent to achieve great things
Coordinating a diverse team to act as one
Delivering today's results while building tomorrow's capabilities
What Sets Us Apart
We emphasize application over theory and collaboration over solitary study.

AI-enabled simulations
In our team-based, competitive simulations, learners manage competing companies. AI Cases let learners practice high-stakes managerial conversations and financial reasoning.

Expert faculty
Abilitie’s expert faculty brings real-world experience and helps learners make sense of successes and challenges throughout the program's simulations and cases. They introduce new ideas and tools to put into practice in the program and on the job.

Peer network
Our transformative learning experiences connect learners into a community. Leaders benefit from each others’ expertise during the program and build the networks and culture that benefit the organization in the long term.
Your Commitment
Our cohorts are small, our activities are intense, and our discussions are lively.
We carefully select candidates who can contribute to each others’ learning.
We award our certificate based on attendance in at least 80% of the sessions and successful completion of a group project and a final 1-1 interview with an Abilitie executive.

Our manifesto
Now translated into six languages and available in bookstores around the world, The 12-Week MBA explains what we teach in the program and why we believe our focus and our methodology are the right way to learn how to lead in today's world.

"For the thousands of managers we’ve had the privilege of training, the limiting factor is rarely their functional expertise. The limiting factor is the ability to see the forest for the trees and to see it collection of resources and a web of relationships at one and the same time."
