Fluent in Finance
Fluent in Finance allows leaders to learn the language of finance in an interactive, accessible online format designed specifically for professionals without any financial background. It covers basic business concepts such as unit economics, reading financial statements, and calculating project and organizational value.
Case Studies
With the guidance from expert faculty, participants analyze financial case studies around real and fictitious companies, then apply the learnings to their organization.
Business Challenge
Capstone simulation where teams compete for market share in a dynamic marketplace. Participants compete in teams of 2 – 4 to best position their companies and deeply understand the drivers of value creation: growth, profitability, and risk.
