If you want to climb the career ladder's next rung, if you want to improve as a manager, or if you want to launch your own business, The 12-Week MBA is for you. It's designed for people who have neither the time nor inclination to go for another academic degree and who want to advance their career and their capabilities right now. Our participants come from many different backgrounds. What they have in common is that want to assume responsibility for guiding organizations: from small teams to entire businesses. And they want to do so with confidence, competence, and compassion.
What is the time commitment? Can I work during the program?
The 12-Week MBA is designed for busy working professionals who want to get ahead without putting their lives on hold. Nearly all enrolled students continue working full-time and are able to balance program requirements with other responsibilities. Certification and Career Growth
Is the program accredited? Will I receive proof of completion or a verifiable certification upon completion?
The 12-Week MBA is based on Abilitie’s award-winning learning solutions that are used in leadership development programs at 50 Fortune 500 companies and at institutions such as IMD, Harvard Business School, London Business School, MIT, and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Upon completion, graduates receive an exclusive The 12-Week MBA credential issued by Credly as proof of their accomplishments. The 12-Week MBA itself is not an accredited Master’s of Business Administration. It is designed as a cost-effective and time-effective alternative to a traditional MBA experience.
How do I earn the certificate?
To receive our certificate you must attend at least 80% of the live, synchronous, faculty led sessions. Further more, you must complete a group action learning project and co-present it out for evaluation at the end of the program. Finally, you must prepare for and successfully complete a one-on-one Concluding Interview with an Abilitie executive.
What happens after the program ends?
When you participate in The 12-Week MBA program, you become part of a global community of ambitious, dedicated professionals. We offer continued networking opportunities virtually and in-person, refresher courses on finance and other key business topics, and career events at which you gain direct access to senior executives and C-suite leaders.
Academics
What will I learn in The 12-Week MBA?
We stripped away the two-year MBA's function-focused and industry-specific content to focus on the timeless and universal: The Numbers: Understanding how managerial decisions create economic value, how we measure value using financial analysis, and how we use the language of finance to communicate inside and outside the organization. The People: How to cultivate everyone’s quirky talents to achieve great things, how to get a team to act as one even when we all bring different perspectives, how to shape organizations so they don’t just perform today but perform better tomorrow. Ultimately, the true challenge of business is to see a company as a set of resources to optimize and a web of relationships to nurture at one and the same time.
Who teaches The 12-Week MBA?
Our faculty bring both real-world experience as senior leaders in global organizations and years of experience teaching.
